I am a modern communicator with over 16 years in customer service. Merging the worlds of marketing with the classic tenants of positive customer experience is my specialty. I have the ability to work with technology, support internal stakeholders, and create detailed communication plans.

I love being able to combine my love of content creation, communication, research, and technology. I like to try, do and learn new things as much as possible. I am a Baton Rouge native who loves to experience all the world has to offer! If you're looking to add some sunshine to your team coupled with a random array of facts and talents, here I am!

 

My love of literature and creativity led me to technical writing and as I explored those areas more, I realized how much communication had changed in my lifetime alone. I wanted to develop a diverse skill set that encompasses all the talents and skills I have thus far which led me to marketing.

 

I graduated from Southeastern University with a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature in 2014. Since graduation, I developed my skills in technical writing, troubleshooting, and customer service. My coursework while completing my master's degree in Strategic Communication has expanded my skills to include marketing plans, content creation, and analytics.
